Job Summary:

• Drive sales of the company’s FX Payments products/services so as to achieve or exceed revenue targets

• Responsible for business development activities by performing own research and develop sales leads

Main Job Duties:

Manage Sales Enquiries:

• Manage products / sales enquiries
• Track and ensure enquiries are promptly attended to and responses are highly professional, accurate and reflective of the Company's credo
• Closely follow-up sales activities with customers
• Assess reasons of failed closures to achieve higher conversions in future

Generate Sales Leads:

• Individually generate sales ideas, plan and identify sales opportunities
• Perform door-do-door sales and/or cold-calling
• Maintain updated sales pipeline and review sales pipeline and sales progress regularly with manager

Sales Proposals to Prospective Customers:

• Capture all necessary information about customer to create impactful, accurate and sure-win proposals

Customer onboarding:

• Work with product/ technology team to define product requirements and to translate business needs into technology codes; involve in testing of new technologies

Involve in marketing activities:

Qualifications

• Strong experience in FX or remittances is a MUST with at least minimum 5 years of experience and possess own portfolio of clients

• Self-motivated, Organized and highly proactive; ability to define own goals and propose sales strategies to management with minimal supervision

Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

Working closely with Marketing Manager, your primary role lies in the development and execution of the company’s overall marketing and communications strategy that encompasses both offline and online marketing channels. The objective is to build, maintain and expand moolahgo’s brand outreach, social media presence, promotions or marketing campaign and ultimately grow the company’s user base to meet targets. This will include monitoring and ensuring proper use of the corporate brand, managing and maintaining the company’s website, mobile apps, and email/ CRM software, create social media content. The communication efforts will also require you to copywrite, review and produce collaterals, as well as planning and implementing events and initiatives. You will also be tasked to monitor, track and report on campaign performance. Other duties will include assisting in the recruitment, training and management of a pool of volunteers or interns.

Main Job Duties:

• Work with Marketing Manager to manage and execute/implement full spectrum of marketing & communication plans to achieve company goals and target

• Conceptualize development and execution of advertising creative ideas, design and layout in support of all marketing activities such as advertising, print and digital media (print, direct mailers, flyers, newsletters etc.)

• Produce marketing graphics and/or simple videos to support the marketing activities

• Conceptualize copywriting & production of presentation materials, online content, marketing collaterals – brochure, EDM, presentation slides, fact sheets, press releases, website, social media, etc

Operations & Customer Service Executive

Job Summary:

This is an interesting position for the right candidate to provide top-notch payment transactions operations and best- in-class customer services.

Main Job Duties:

Operations

• Perform customer onboarding activities following company’s AML/ CFT policy

• Perform transactions processing tasks timely and accurately

• Monitor transaction completion status, investigate issues/errors and resolve

• Liaise with counterparties and customers on transaction confirmations/ investigations/ settlements

• Prepare and submit internal and external reports

• Maintain SOPs based on up-to-date process workflows

• Proactively review and recommend systems/ process improvements

• Work closely with systems engineers/ product managers in systems/product designs

• Participate in systems testing as needed


Customer Service

• Provide a high standard of customer service to both Business and R

• Handle feedback and customer complaints promptly, patiently and professionally
