At Moolahgo, we strive to make our wallet top-up process safe and convenient for our users.
As at now, there are mainly 2 types of top-up methods available for all users:
- Bank Transfer by scanning the app-generated PayNow QR Code
- Cash deposits at DBS ATM machines
We highly recommend that all users use Method 1 (PayNow QR Code) as it is the safest, fastest and most convenient way for you. Method 1, when done correctly, allows your wallet to be topped up instantaneously. Check out this video on how to top-up via PayNow the right way.
IMPORTANT Things to note regarding top-ups:
- If for whatever reason your wallet is not topped up immediately when using Method 1, or if you have used Method 2, please make sure that you send us a screenshot of the bank transfer or photo of the cash deposit slip to our Customer Service WhatsApp (+65 8898-0978) WITHIN 48 Hours of the date/time shown on your screenshot/deposit slip.
- After verifications, we will top-up to your wallet. Please allow us up to 24 hours to complete verifications and top-up to your wallet manually.
- During verifications, we may need additional information from you, please assist to provide to us promptly.
- Any claims for top-ups after 48 Hours will undergo stringent anti-fraud checks, as such please do expect longer delays of up to 72 hours for your top-ups.
