No One-Time Password (OTP) received in email

OTPs are sent to your email address by default. But emails are prone to problems such as non-delivery or delays or ending up in your spam box without you knowing. Some cloud email providers are also known to apply their own blocking filters which may result in emails from Moolahgo being blocked. All these are beyond our control.

To overcome such issues, we strongly advise that you move to our digital OTP.

Steps to setup Digital OTP for neoBank Portal

Moolahgo’s neoBank Portal (https://neobank.moolahgo.com/login) is a digital platform for our Corporate clients. Logins to neoBank require 2FA authentications in the form of One-Time-Passwords (OTP).

To add more security and resiliency to your OTPs, we highly encourage you to download the Moolahgo mobile App to receive neoBank Portal OTPs.

It’s Simple, here’s how:

  1. Scan the QR Code below to download the Moolahgo mobile App (called “moolahPAY” in app stores).

  2. Sign-up by entering your mobile number and set a PIN. Verify with the SMS OTP.
  3. Login to your neoBank account and click on your Username at the top right-hand corner
  4. Select “Security” and scroll down to the Digital OTP Section. Example below:
  5. Enter the mobile number that you have used to sign-up in Step 2 above.
  6. Toggle ON “Digital OTP on Moolahgo App”
  7. Enter an SMS OTP again
  8. Done.

The next time you login to your neoBank Portal account, you will receive OTP both at your email and your moolahgo e-Wallet App.
