Good News! In collaboration with Sheng Siong, we’ve now added another convenient top-up method for our moolahPAY users.
You can now top-up using cash at the Sheng Siong $TM machines which are located at Sheng Siong supermarkets. This service will be rolled out gradually, so it is not available at all Sheng Siong outlets at the start. Click here for the list.
Instructions to top-up
The process is simple, just follow the steps below:

Step 1
Press “Top Up” menu. |

Step 2
Select “Top Up @ Sheng Siong $TM”. |

Step 3
Enter your desired amount. For each top-up, minimum amount is $10. Maximum $1000. If you need to top up more than $1000, all you need to do is perform another top up transaction. Smallest denomination is $10. This means you cannot enter $5 or $2. The final amount that will be topped up to your wallet will be net of admin fees and promos. |

Step 4
After you have entered the top-up amount and pressed Next, you will see this QR code for scanning at the Sheng Siong $TM machine. Note: the QR code is valid only for 10 minutes! Do not re-use this code after 10 minutes or if you have generated a new code. |

Step 5
At the Sheng Siong $TM machine, select “Top up moolahPAY”. |

Step 6
When you see this screen, scan the QR code in your moolahPAY app from Step 4. |

Step 7
Insert your cash into the $TM machines carefully, 1 piece at a time. Important:
If you encounter issues with the machine, such as jammed notes or system hang, you may proceed to report the issue with the Sheng Siong store customer service assistant. |

Step 8
You will see this success page if your top-up is successful. Your wallet will be automatically topped up when you see this page. |
