With the rising spread of COVID-19 across the globe, we would like to update you on the steps that we have taken to respond to this crisis which is unlike what most of us have experienced in our lifetime.

To ensure that we can continue to serve all our clients and partners around the world, since the beginning of March, we have executed our Business Continuity Plans and implemented a 100% Work-from-Home policy to protect the wellbeing of our employees. We have also suspended our cash exchange business during this period as we regard the safety of our customers and employees as our top priority.

Nonetheless, we would like to assure you that we will continue to provide our utmost support during this period but we do seek your understanding should you experience delays in your transactions at times due to disruptions in financial systems in other parts of the world as they impose restrictions to curb the spread in their countries.

MoolahGo stands with you by providing you the means to send funds to each other, either as a form of financial aid, a gift or donation sent remotely where travel restrictions are imposed, without having the need for physical contact.

This is indeed a tough time for all of us, and we wish you and your loved ones safe and healthy. Let’s all do our part by adhering to the guidelines issued by the authorities to defeat this virus together.
