When you login to your moolahPAY account, a security token is saved in your device. If you do not login to your account for a prolonged period of time or if you login from another device, the current token will be invalidated.
To solve this problem, just select “SWITCH ACCOUNT” and re-login again on the device of your choice. Note that the SMS OTP will always be sent to the mobile number registered with the account.
