I suspect that I’ve been a victim of a scam, and my account has been accessed without my authorization

In such situations, we recommend that you activate the Stop Switch on your account immediately. Activation of the Stop Switch is via our AI Assistant (Shizu). To activate, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on this link to reach Shizu on WhatsApp
  2. Type the command “activate stop switch” to Shizu
  3. Shizu will ask you to provide your Username & full IC number for verification.
    • Username is usually assigned to you by Moolahgo when you’re onboarded as a neoBank user (Example: COJOHNDOE). For older accounts, your username may sometimes be your email address.
    • IC number is your personal identification number you’ve provided during our KYC process and must be in full (Example: S9512345A).
  4. If verified, follow her instructions to you to complete the process.
