By default, your account is unverified when you first download and install the moolahPAY app. To upgrade your account, you need to complete KYC. Depending on the data you provide, your verification profile may differ.

This is the highest level of verification status you can achieve. All features available to users in Verified – Basic tier will be available to you. In addition, you will have additional privileges to access these feature(s):
To achieve this tier, you would need to submit your most recent (less than two months old) bank statement for our verification. The wallet and spend limits are the same as Verified – Basic tier. |
